Major Accomplishments:

Established a working website and collaborative shared workspace in Office 365.

Reorganized to distinguish HLC ALO work apart from college and department ALO positions/work.

Drafted a plan for collaborative approach to ongoing accreditation processes that increase efficiencies and reduce redundancies across system campuses.

Purpose:

The purpose of the ALO Council is to facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration across all NMSU system campuses regarding regional accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and specialized/professional accreditation of academic and student service units.

Authority: 

The ALO Council serves in an advisory role to the Associate Provost for Program Development and Accreditation and the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost.

Major Accomplishments:

The ALO Council meets monthly and maintains institutional accreditation.
