NMSU University Boards maintained in compliance with RPM 2.30 University Boards. University boards are maintained by the Chancellor's Cheif of Staff. The term, "board," refers to any offical body established to serve an NMSU system or campus wide business purpose, whether it is referred to as a board, commission, committee, council, panel, task force, or other title. A departmental or administrative unit committee, advisory in nature, is not a university board.

To submit your annual report, register a new board or committee, dissolve an existing board or committee, use the following form link if you have been charged with that responsibility.  Annual Reports are due to the Chancellor’s Office no later than June 30th.
